The Path Near Curry Village

After Happy Isles you are on the return side of the loop, and after passing the Pines campgrounds you arrive at Curry Village, and you see Yosemite Falls ahead of you. From there you can proceed to Yosemite Village and onward to the Lodge to complete the loop. Naturally, your loop would be completed when you return to where you started. But, when you visit Yosemite, you find yourself a bit more at peace when you get there.
Returning from the loop you get to view the sights from the other direction. Just as Half Dome dominates the scene as you leave the Lodge, Yosemite Falls dominates as you return. The falls are 2425 feet high, making it the tallest falls in the United States, and the fifth highest falls in the world.

Curry Village is on the left, just out of sight. You are now back where cars roll, so there is a pathway for you to skate on (on the left of the road).
